(A hundred thousand welcomes!) to the Flower O' Scotland web page We exist to preserve and promote our Scottish Heritage, while engaging in Scottish Country Dancing and also to encourage new membership in the Flower of Scotland Dance Troupe. We are a friendly, fun loving, and diverse group of dancers, who love to engage others in our dancing, and at demonstrations encourage audience participation in some of the simpler dances, but also encourage anyone desiring to attend our free dance lessons at the Lebanon Library, from 2:30-4:30 on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. The Scottish Country Dance Society was founded in Glasgow on November 26th, 1923 by Mrs. Stuart of Fasnacloich and Mrs. Jean Milligan, in hope to revive and preserve the traditional country dances of Scotland.
